Delete Account

You can ask us to delete your Shri Poshak account and personal details at any time.

How to request deletion

Either:

  • In the app — open Account, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account"; or
  • Message us on WhatsApp at +91 5653554030, or email shriposhak3090@gmail.com, from the phone number or email on your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your saved delivery addresses
  • Your wishlist and saved cart
  • Your name, phone number and email in our customer records
  • Your push notification token, so you stop receiving app notifications

What we have to keep

Your past orders and their invoices are retained, because Indian tax law requires a business to keep its sales records. These are kept only for that purpose and are not used to contact you.

How long it takes

We action deletion requests within 7 working days and will confirm on WhatsApp once it is done.
