App Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Shri Poshak mobile app collects, why, and who we share it with. It applies to the Shri Poshak Android and iOS apps operated by M/S Shri Poshak Trading, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. For our website, please see our Privacy Policy.

What we collect

Your name, phone number and delivery address — so we can deliver your order.
Your email address — only if you choose to give it. It is optional, and we use it to send your bill and tracking link.
Your order history — what you bought, when, and what you paid.
Your wishlist and cart — so your saved items are still there when you come back.
A notification token — a random identifier your phone gives us so we can send you order updates. It does not identify you personally.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any payment card details. Card and UPI details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure payment screen and are never seen or stored by us or by this app.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

Shopify — stores our product catalogue, your account and your orders.
Razorpay — processes online payments.
Interakt (WhatsApp Business) — sends the one-time verification code for Cash on Delivery orders to your WhatsApp number.
Google Firebase and Expo — deliver push notifications to your phone.
Our courier partners — receive your name, address and phone number so your parcel can be delivered.
India Post's public PIN code service — we look up your city and state from the PIN code you type, so you don't have to fill them in yourself.

We never sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

How long we keep it

Order records and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires us to hold them. Everything else — your saved addresses, wishlist and contact details — is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. To do any of these, message us on WhatsApp at +91 5653554030 or email shriposhak3090@gmail.com.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion from inside the app: open Account, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account". You can also request it at shriposhak.in/pages/delete-account.

We will remove your saved addresses, wishlist, contact details and notification token. Your past orders and invoices are retained, because tax law requires us to keep them.
