Read this first. For Mata Rani, the size number is not your idol's height. A 4 inch size is made for a 7 to 8 inch idol. Measure your idol from the base to the top of the head, without the mukut or crown, then find that height in the second column — the size is on the same row.

This chart is only for Mata Rani and Devi Maa. Radha Krishna and Khatu Shyam Ji sets are sized differently — on those, the size is the idol's own height, so a 5 inch idol takes size 5. See the main size chart for those.

If you are between two sizes

Go one size up. A slightly loose poshak drapes well and can be tied to fit. A tight one will not go on the idol at all.
