Returns

1. Eligibility: You may return products within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, Accessories, Wooden Item and sale items are non-returnable, unless there is a defect.

3. Return Process:
• Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +91 5653 554030 to initiate a return.
• Our team will verify the request and initiate the return process.
• The return shipment must be arranged within 7 days after return acceptance.

Refunds

1. Refund Process:
• After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via WhatsApp.
• The refund amount will be credited to your SHRI POSHAK WALLET.
• If you prefer a direct refund, please provide your Payment QR Code or UPI ID.
• The refund will be processed to the provided QR/UPI ID within 3 days of return received.

2. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the item is returned in damaged condition or is missing parts, not due to our error.

3. Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs and COD charges are non-refundable, except for cases where the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the error was on our part.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and both return and forward shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
